We spent Christmas eve with my dad and relatives in Freiburg. On the 25th he took us for a ride to a nearby mountain where we not only got some intense sun, but a fantastic view of the sea of clouds which made for miserable weather in the valleys below. This cinemascope shot is only a small glimpse of the much wider panorama we're going to put online tomorrow. A teaser, if you want ;)
Maybe now you can understand why we miss the
Black Forest so much living here in Stuttgart...
