I gotta admit, it seems to be going a little too far. The closest I can relate to that is a painting from Rothko. What is going on there, anyway? Roberto typing from Siemens @ 2006-March-15 23:14
Thank you Roberto. I will take the association to Mark Rothko as a compliment :-). I have seen some of his paintings in the Tate Gallery in London a few years back and they have impressed me no end. There was especially one painting I have been staring on for about half an hour. The colors had started to move before my eyes and looked like colored dust moving. To watch this painting constantly change in my mind was one of the most incredible experiences with art I ever had.
With this elevator we were more thinking along the lines of some trashy horror movies. The green light we figured would fit very nice as a contrast for the red that would logically follow here ;-). Ella @ 2006-March-16 07:57
I honestly couldn't realize it was an elevator until you told me :-D Roberto Amorim @ 2006-March-17 13:20
BTW, yes, Rothko was a compliment. How could I love Mondrian and not enjoy Rothko? :-P Roberto typing from work @ 2006-March-17 19:40
I still can't see the elevator. But really like the kinda scary feel to this picture. Keep experimenting! gck @ 2006-March-31 09:29
