After a good week without updates, here's something for you!
This is a frame from the computer animation "Ashes to Ashes" I did with three fellow students as a term project. None of us had done 3D animation before, so it was a great learning experience. I mainly took care of post-production, editing and sounddesign. Some words from the description:
'Arizona, where the desert sun makes the brains of the prickly beings mushy and forces the human beings to talk slowly. A road appears from nowhere and a Chevy finds its way to the only bar within 20 miles. It has seen its most glorious times when noone would have thought of electing actors as presidents or governors. A cowboy enters the place, where one cigarette will dare to challenge his personified masculine force of nature.
This is the true story from the other side of the stub.' (text by Ella ;) )
You can download the animation here:
Ashes to Ashes (37MB).
If you can't play the file you should download MediaPlayerClassic and ffdshow, whose newest versions can be found here:
x264.nl.
In the next few days I'll be busy with my exams, so there won't be much time to shoot some new pics. But we're coming back, yes!
