When I walk down the street to go grocery shopping I get the feeling that leaving things where they fall off your hands is the new national sport. People throw everything on the pavement, from cigarettes to candy wrappers and orange peels. This especially appears to be the case if there is a trash can within five meters. Somehow it seems to double the excitement to just go ahead and trash it. Maybe its only our german heritage complaining about the messiness... what do you think?
???Tis one of the scourges of our times and well-established in the UK, sadly. It does not seem to be specific people who do it, either . . that???s what worries me the most. At least your litter look interesting! AG @ 2006-December-26 14:09
yeah it bothers me too. can't understand this, cause i would feel bad afterwards if i would do this.
anyway, you have to admit... thanks to these people, you guys have a really cool shot on your blog. :-) Kris [PiXistenZ] @ 2006-December-26 16:03
Macht nachdenklich. Uwe @ 2006-December-26 17:09
When I was younger my granddad always used to tell me how he was amazed at how clean it was in holland in comparison to the UK.
I hate it, and never litter (although things have been dropped and blown away in the wind, but I know this can't account for all the litter on the streets (things such as prams!).
I love the treatment to this shot, bokeh, contrast and composition (which is very refreshing), is all great ;)

Ola, Seba ! . . Opa @ 2007-January-7 12:03
we hate this people in mexico too, but a lot of people do it, we say these are people without education. Theo @ 2007-January-18 17:58
I hadn't realized you guys are back! I really like this frame. Welcome back! Manu @ 2007-February-5 02:42
We have the same problem with some guys here in Italy :(
Nice B/W btw! phoTho @ 2007-February-14 14:34
These tones are magnificento! You could have cropped some of the bottom and rotated the photo - I think. moodaholic @ 2007-August-18 22:00
